Updated Groove Ring
After some time wearing my initial silicone ring I noticed that my ring finger would still be moist from a recent hand wash or sweat which would cause a thin layer of skin to "peel" or wear away. Introducing the grooves under the ring helped manage air flow under the ring and allowed excess moisture to dry exponentially quicker.
